Item Specifics: 12.5G Spring German Spring Unit Double Padding to ensure smooth sleeping surface Thick Layers of Polyester and Reflex Foam providing Extremely Comfortable Sleep Hand Stitched with Cool-touch quilted Fabric Top Sheet and Damask Bottom Sheet Packaging: Your mattress will be vacuum packed to ensure secure and fast delivery. Using this method of packaging enables us to securely pack the item and makes it a lot easier to handle for both our couriers and of course our VALUED CUSTOMERS as you can conveniently take to the room of your choice and use it. Delivery: We use national couriers to deliver your new mattress. 99% of the deliveries are NEXT DAY but some do fall over to the next working day due to unforeseen reasons. Next Day delivery only applies if clear funds are received before 12 PM - Monday to Thursday. All Friday Orders will be Delivered Monday, unless placed after 12 PM in which case the delivery will be Tuesday. We only take one day to dispatch, therefore the nest day delivery will be after that point. Please note the delivery will be to your front door and ground floor only. If applicable we also provide you with a tracking number to trace the parcel. Please note the delivery is only to Mainland UK, Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands. Unpacking: Carefully cut the top plastic cover to reveal the vacuum sealed packaging. Place the vacuum sealed mattress on the bed of your choice, carefully cut one of the corners of the vacuum sealed packaging to let air in. Before you know it the whole bed will come back to its original size and shape. Remove the Plastic Cover. Let the mattress rest for 20 minutes to fully regain shape. You are all ready to go!
